1. Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Once approved, you can send the item back to us, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

2. Damaged Items

In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@aswaqca.com as soon as possible, attaching a photo of the damaged item along with your order number. We address these situations on a case-by-case basis but assure you that we will do our best to find a satisfactory solution for you.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. We will notify you via email once the refund has been initiated. Please note that it may take some time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

4. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item on our website.
